💰How to Sell

Selling assets on FireMints requires binding your tokens to UTXOs (Unspent Transaction Outputs) before listing them for sale. Follow these steps:

1. Connect Your Wallet Connect your wallet (OKX, Unisat, Leather, or Universe) to FireMints by clicking the Connect button.

1. Bind Tokens to UTXO In your Dashboard, go to the Asset Balance section. Here, you’ll see a list of your available tokens. Click Bind to UTXO next to the asset you wish to sell.

1. Sign the Transaction A pop-up will appear from your wallet to sign the UTXO binding transaction. Once signed, the UTXO binding will be confirmed after the next Bitcoin block.

2. List Tokens for Sale After the UTXO binding is confirmed, the asset will appear in your Dashboard under UTXO Binded Assets. Click Sell, set the desired price for your tokens, and sign the listing transaction.

1. Track Your Listing Once listed, your asset will appear under Existing Orders in the Dashboard, where you can track its status until it is sold. You can also cancel it at any time if you want to change the price or decide not to sell the asset.

Important Note: When binding tokens to a UTXO by default the entire lot will be bound. If you wish to sell smaller amounts you need to define the quantity you want to bind into that UTXOs.
