FireMints integrates with several extension wallets that Firemints make compatible with Counterparty and Bitcoin, offering users flexibility in managing their assets. Below is a list of recommended wallets for use on the platform:
Wallet Recommendations
When using FireMints, we recommend Native Segwit address for the best experience. Native Segwit addresses reduce transaction fees and ensuring compatibility with other users. We advise against using Legacy wallets, as they incur higher fees and can create complications when interacting with non-Legacy wallets.
Additionally, Counterparty currently does not support Taproot wallets (bc1p...). Ensure that your wallet is compatible with the supported address formats (Segwit or Legacy) to avoid any issues.
