🪄How to Mint Fairmints
Minting assets on FireMints allows you to get new fairmint tokens within the Counterparty ecosystem.
Follow these steps to mint tokens:
Connect Your Wallet Click on the Connect button in the top right corner of the FireMints platform. You can use wallets such as OKX, Unisat, Leather, or Universe. For the best experience and compatibility, we recommend using a Native Segwit wallet.
Select the Asset to Mint Browse through the list of available assets on the platform you wish to mint. Once located, click the Mint button next to the asset.
Sign the Transaction A pop-up from your connected wallet will appear, prompting you to sign the minting transaction. Verify the details and proceed to sign.
Check the Transaction Status You can track the progress of your minting transaction through your wallet interface or by visiting mempool.space to see if it has been included in the next Bitcoin block.
Confirmation and Dashboard Update Once the transaction is confirmed and a new Bitcoin block is added, your minted tokens will appear in your FireMints Dashboard under the "Asset Balance" section.
